  How Do I Join CAP?

MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

There are two types of members in Civil Air Patrol:
CADET MEMBER

If you have completed the sixth grade or are between 12 and 18 years old,you may join as a CADET member. You also must be an American citizen or "lawfully admitted for permanent residency".
SENIOR MEMBER

If you are 18 years old or over you may join as a SENIOR member.You must also be an American Citizen or "lawfully admitted for permanent residency".
